Redler Institute of Culinary Arts Tour

Project Description:
Redler Institute of Culinary Arts, an estimated $3 million, 8,000-square-foot academic building under Butler Community College located at. The building consists of two large kitchens, two classrooms, a welcoming lobby that can be used for events, an outdoor garden for growing fresh ingredients and even space to grow microgreens.

Tour Guide Biography:
Kelby Ewert, PE is responsible for design calculations, production of construction documents, project construction administration, project meetings and design of electrical systems, including lighting, building power systems, data/ telephone, fire alarm, public address systems, sound reinforcement systems, and video systems. Kelby has experience in a wide variety of project types and sizes, including Commercial, K-12 Education, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Civic and Design-build across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
